Ordering

  • Do you restock sold-out paddles?
    Yes — we restock when possible. If a paddle is sold out, sign up for restock alerts (or contact us) and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back
  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email us ASAP with your order number. Once it ships, we can’t make changes.
  • Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
    Yes- we run occasional promos. The best way to catch them is through our email list and social pages.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Do you ship internationally?

If international shipping is enabled at checkout, yes. If you don’t see your country available, contact us and we’ll tell you what options we have.

  • How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to show movement.

  • What if my package says delivered but I don’t have it?

Check around your home/mail area, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier first. If it still doesn’t show up, email us and we’ll help you figure out next steps.

Returns & Warranty

  • What is your return policy?

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging. (If your policy is different, change this to match.)

  • Do you accept returns on used paddles?

If a paddle has been clearly used, we typically can’t accept it as a standard return. If there’s a defect, that’s different — contact us and we’ll make it right.

  • Do your paddles come with a warranty

Yes — we stand behind our quality. If there’s a manufacturing defect, reach out with photos/video and your order number and we’ll help right away. (Set your exact warranty length if you want one.)

  • What counts as a defect?

Things like delamination out of the box, major core issues, or handle separation that isn’t caused by misuse. Normal wear/edge scuffs over time are not considered defects.

Every paddle comes with a paddle cover, so your all set.


Custom / Team Orders

  • Do you offer custom paddles or bulk/team orders?

Yes — we can do custom or bulk orders depending on quantity and timing. Contact us with what you need and we’ll give you options.

  • Can I put my logo on a paddle?

In many cases, yes for bulk/team orders. Email us with your idea and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

We accept major credit/debit cards and any options shown at checkout (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).

Quick Policy Notes

  • Incorrect address / returned packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the address is confirmed. Additional shipping costs may apply.
